Reservation Policy
Check-In & Check-Out
Check-In Time: 12:00 Noon
Check-Out Time: 11:00 AM
If your travel schedule doesn’t align with our standard check-in/check-out times, please let us know in advance. Subject to availability, we’ll do our best to accommodate your request. Additional charges may apply for early check-in or late check-out.
ID Requirement
All guests must present a valid government-issued photo ID and proof of address at the time of check-in.
PAN Cards are not accepted as valid ID proof.
Cardholder Policy
If you’ve made your booking using a credit/debit card, the cardholder must be one of the guests staying at the hotel.
Booking Alterations & Cancellations
Changes to your reservation are possible with at least 7 days’ prior notice, and are subject to availability.

Reservation Rights
Hotel Grand Vista reserves the right to cancel or modify any reservation if:
Fraudulent activity is suspected.
A booking appears to have been made in error.
There is a breach of our terms and conditions.
Breakfast Timings
Complimentary breakfast is served from 7:30 AM to 10:30 AM.
Requests made outside of this window may be chargeable.
Cancellation Policy
100% Refund – For cancellations made 7 days or more before the arrival date.
50% Refund – For cancellations made 1 day before the arrival date.
No Refund – For cancellations made within 24 hours of arrival, or in case of a no-show.
No Refund will be issued once a guest has checked in, regardless of early departure.
Note:
Any refunds will be processed within 15 business days.
For international payments, funds received from outside India cannot be refunded outside of India.
Bank/transfer charges related to refund transactions will be borne by the guest.
Amendment Policy
All amendments are treated as cancellations and rebookings.
Please make amendment requests at least 7 days prior to your arrival date to avoid cancellation penalties.
Refunds for amended bookings, if applicable, will follow the same timelines and terms as stated in our Cancellation Policy.
Additional Information
Room Availability: All reservations are subject to room availability at the time of booking or at the time of check-in for any special requests.
Group Bookings: For group reservations (more than 5 rooms), please contact us directly for customized terms and conditions.
Third-Party Bookings: If your booking is made via a third-party platform, their cancellation and refund policies may also apply.
